74. Their Glowing Faces

I breathed in the warm inviting sun. I let the rays warm me inside. I smiled as I watched my children play in the park, their freckled faces, bouncing curls and glowing faces. They meant the world to me.
We slid down the leather interior of our new black sedan. We must have been only a short while down the road when it happened.
The memories will haunt me for the rest of the my life the screaming of my children the blinding flash of lights followed by the ear-splitting screech of the tyres. I can never forgive myself for the fate of my children. The pain kills me every breathing moment. Some say it wasn’t my fault. I somehow believe different...
