Indescribable

Arms outstretched
reaching to the ends of the earth
His endless love
knowing no bounds

In one breath
all earth is created
and in one breath
all earth is destroyed.

This loving grace
this never-ending peace
He gave us what we need
not what we deserve

We yearn to understand him
to know why
what is our purpose?
perhaps we will never know

But what we do know
the knowledge we cling to
is that one day,
somehow
He will come again.
And save.
